Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (the date your payment is confirmed).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Nikolai Efimov, Winsstraße 59, 10405 Berlin, Germany, hello@capsulekit.co — by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fee will be charged for this reimbursement.

If you request that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires, you must give your explicit consent in accordance with § 356(4) BGB. You acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed you lose your right of withdrawal.

Note to owner: the payment flow (Stripe Payment Link) should include a checkbox capturing this consent before the client pays. This is the owner's responsibility to configure in Stripe.

If the service has been partially but not fully performed at the time of withdrawal, you are required to pay an amount proportional to the services provided up to the time you communicated your withdrawal.
