Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded — the day you accept the scope and price your stylist has confirmed in writing.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Nikolai Efimov, Winsstraße 59, 10405 Berlin, Germany, hello@capsulekit.app — by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract we will reimburse anything you have already paid, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. It goes back the way it came — by the same means you used to pay — unless we expressly agree otherwise, and no fee is charged for it.

If you request that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires, you must give your explicit consent in accordance with § 356(4) BGB. You acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed you lose your right of withdrawal.

Because the price is agreed in writing rather than through a checkout, that consent is given the same way: your stylist asks for it in writing, and only starts early if you have said yes.

If the service has been partially but not fully performed at the time of withdrawal, you are required to pay an amount proportional to the services provided up to the time you communicated your withdrawal.
